The University of York approached us having picked up a copy of the 1st Little Black Book of York. They were so impressed with the quality and construct of the publication and its relevance to their Under and Post graduate students that they commissioned us to produce a second book. We worked across several departments to ensure relevant content. They ordered 20,000 books for all their new students and used it as their headline “Welcome to York” publication.
Myself and my colleagues are big admirers of The Little Black Book across both in Leeds and York. It was a natural progression for us to commission this and to be the of the facilitators of the 2nd Book of York. Independent Life were extremely easy to deal with, delivering against a tight deadline and were responsive and professional throughout.
